The role will cover user support, hardware, connectivity, cloud productivity tools, basic cybersecurity, operational systems and field devices, with responsibility for keeping technology reliable and usable across programme locations.

The role is based in Cameroon and requires regular travel to programme implementation and distribution areas depending on operational needs.

About ACREST

ACREST is a Cameroonian non-governmental organisation developing practical, locally grounded solutions that improve livelihoods, strengthen communities and support sustainable development. ACREST is expanding a large-scale clean cooking programme focused on improving access to efficient cooking solutions for households and communities across the West, Littoral and South-West regions of Cameroon. The programme combines stove distribution, community engagement, monitoring, technical operations and the progressive development of local production capacity. ACREST is also developing CleanTechCameroon SARL, its subsidiary dedicated to local clean-technology production and related industrial activities.
